You buy credits in advance (1 credit = €1) via iDEAL or credit card. During a chat or voice session, credits are deducted per minute. For video sessions you pay the fixed €95 upfront.
Therapists are verified by diploma and registration with their professional association (such as NVvMT or FVB). For music therapy we check the training and, once someone is registered, the registration. Coaches are selected on experience and motivation.
Through the application form at Become a coach. It takes a few minutes: your details, your professional title and your specialties. If you work under a protected title, you also upload your diploma, VOG and liability insurance. You get a reply within 5 working days.
Yes. Your conversations are confidential: only you and your professional can read your chat back. The team only looks in when that is needed for quality, safety or a complaint. Video sessions are not recorded.
